BOOKING APPOINTMENTS -

All bookings made require a 20% deposit. This value is deducted from your treatment total, which is paid at the end of your appointment. Payments accepted are bank transfer, eftpos and cash.

CANCELLATIONS -

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel and/or no shows will be required to pay a 20% fee of the service’s booked.

LATE ARRIVALS -

Please arrive 5mins before your scheduled appointment. Please note if you are 15mins or later for your appointment we may need to reschedule if the treatments can not be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule within a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your appointment this will be considered as a ‘no show’ and the appropriate amount will be charged.
